Chia Seed Overnight Oats

This overnight oats recipe is a great healthy breakfast that you can prepare in advance and easily have on hand for the rest of the week! The perfect meal prep for Sunday nights! Besides you probably already have everything you need to make it at home! This recipe is seriously game changer!


YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 5 mins.


- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 2 tsp chia seeds

- 1/4 cup greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract



  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar, give it a good shake, and then leave it in the fridge to set overnight.

  2. Enjoy the next morning either hot or cold with toppings of choice! (I just added some fresh fruit, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey)
