How It Got Started

The personal journey...

After falling in love with cooking and baking during quarantine, I decided that one day, I wanted to share my delicious creations with the world. That was when My Healthy Sweet Tooth was created. After struggling with an eating disorder and depression, I knew I needed to find an anchor to hold onto whenever I felt stressed, sad, or overwhelmed by negative emotions. I have now discovered a hidden love for baking that I didn't know I had, and I intend to spread that love to everyone who visits my blog!
