How It Got Started
The personal journey
After falling in love with cooking and baking during quarantine, I knew I wanted to share my creations with the world. That passion led to the creation of My Healthy Sweet Tooth. After struggling with an eating disorder and other mental health challenges, I realized I needed an anchor—something to turn to when I felt stressed, sad, or overwhelmed. Through this journey, I discovered a love for baking I never knew I had, and now I’m excited to share that joy with everyone who visits my blog.
