How It Got Started

The personal journey...

After falling in love with both cooking, and baking, over quarantine, I decided I wanted to, one day share my delicious creations with the world. That was when My Healthy Sweet Tooth was created. After struggling with both an eating disorder, and depression, I knew I needed to find an anchor I could always link onto whenever I would feel stressed, sad, or all the negative emotions in one chaotic cycle. I have now discovered a hidden love for baking in myself that I didn't know I had, and intend on spreading that love with everyone who visits my blog!
