These cookies sure do live by their name, they're crumbly, sweet, delicious, and super healthy! They're also flourless and eggless which means that they're both gluten free and vegan! I'm already guilty of almost eating the whole batch! Seriously the only healthy dessert you need in your life!
YIELD: 26 servings
TIME: 20 mins.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup organic cane sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 of a banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- a splash of vanilla extract
- a pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl add all ingredients and mix together until smooth and well combined.
Using a small ice cream scoop or a spoon, scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheets and then flatten with the back of a spoon. Repeat until you have 26 cookies divided equally between both baking sheets.
Bake for roughly 12 minutes, remove from the oven then sprinkle with some extra sea salt and allow them time to cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from baking sheets, and transferring to a wired cookie rack.
