Fudgy Brownie Baked Oatmeal

This warm gooey bowl of baked oatmeal is like eating a rich chocolate cake for breakfast! And honestly, what could be better then that?! This simple recipe only requires a few simple ingredients and take not 40, not 30, but ONLY 20 MINUTES TO MAKE!! Seriously, what COULD be better?! Topping this masterpiece with dark chocolate chips, is the crowning jewel, especially since they melt over-top of this breakfast single-serve cake, as showcased in the picture below!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 20 mins.


Ingredients:

- 1/2 a banana (mashed)

- 1/2 cup oat flour

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- A pinch of sea salt

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup almond milk

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray an oven safe bowl with cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, add all your ingredients, and stir until everything has been well combined.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes, and then top with some dark chocolate chips.

  4. Enjoy!!
