Lemon Cake Smoothie Bowl

A creamy, smooth vanilla base, with a splash of lemon juice, a satisfying crunch from the granola, and the perfect hint of tartness from the lemon zest! This lemon cake smoothie bowl, is too good to not attempt to recreate in your blender at home! It only requires a few simple, natural ingredients, plus there is a hidden veggie snuck in this one that I PROMISE you can't taste! This vegan, dairy free, and gluten free smoothie bowl, is the best refreshing pick-me-up, spring breakfast!

Ingredients:

- 2.5 frozen bananas

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- A splash of vanilla extract

-1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- The juice from 1 lemon

 

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with optional granola, lemon zest, and mint leaves.

  3. Enjoy!!
