Hearty Cherry Garcia Smoothie

The iconic ice cream flavor, for once in SMOOTHIE form! Not smoothie bowl :( But that's okay because the immaculate flavor in this smoothie makes up for it! This Cherry Garcia Smoothie is packed to the top of your blender with healthy, nutrient dense ingredients that will keep you nourished for hours! This smoothie is also single serve and only takes 5 minutes to whip up! The most creamy, delicious way to start any busy day!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 5 mins.


Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

- 1/2 cup frozen cherries

- 2 tbsp cacao nibs

- 1 pitted date

- A pinch of sea salt

- A splash of vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp rolled oats

- 2 tbsp hemp seeds

- 1 cup lactose free milk

 

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into serving glass and top with extra cherries and cacao nibs, (however this step is completely optional).

  3. Enjoy!!
