Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl

A creamy vanilla base with super chunky, no bake, cookie dough bits mixed in! This smoothie bowl had the literal consistency of ice cream and is super healthy! It's vegan, gluten free, and dairy free! Drown me in it because it's better than ice cream! So easy to make and the absolute best smoothie bowl on my blog!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 10 mins.


Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:

- 2 frozen bananas

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- A few ice cubes

- A splash of vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- 1/8 cup almond milk

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/8 cup maple syrup

- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

  1. Make sure you make your cookie dough THE NIGHT BEFORE!! To do so, mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Then roll into little balls and place on a small lined baking pan. Pop in the freezer overnight.

  2. The next morning add all the smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Top with a few of your chopped cookie dough balls and optional cacao nibs.

  4. Enjoy!!
