Chocolate Mint Smoothie Bowl

A healthy chocolate mint smoothie bowl! Ya'll know I am the queen of thick, creamy, plant-based smoothie bowls, and I think I really out did myself with this one! It is filled with fresh mint leaves, and a rich chocolatey flavor, that is reminiscent of an indulgent milkshake! A smoothie bowl that tastes like ice cream is the key to everyone's hearts, even if it is plant-based, and extremely good for you! Plus, as always, it's single serve so you get to eat it all!

 

YIELD: 1 serving

TIME: 5 mins.


Ingredients:

- 2 frozen bananas

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- A splash of vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup

- 2 tbsp mint leaves

 

Instructions:

  1. Throw everything into a blender, and blend until smooth. Top with optional mint leaves, and cacao nibs.

  2. Enjoy!!
