These rich and fudgy chocolate lava cake baked oats come together with just 7 simple and healthy ingredients! - 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 2.5 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and generously spray an oven safe dish with cooking spray (don't be afraid to use a lot here, as we eventually will remove them from the dish completely before enjoying!)
In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients listed above until well combined.
Pour half of your chocolate batter into prepared oven safe dish, place a square of dark chocolate in the middle, then cover completely with the rest of the batter.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Then carefully remove from baking dish and top with organic powdered sugar, a few mint leaves, and a spread of homemade jam.
